WHAT IS THIS TRAINING LOGBOOK FOR?
This training logbook is to record details of work activities you perform under supervision in your workplace and is required for completion of the NZ Certificate in Primary Industry Operational Skills Level 3.
WHO PROVIDES MY TRAINING AND SUPERVISION IN THE WORKPLACE?
It is the responsibility of each employer to provide safe training and supervision to trainees completing work experience.
When you are being trained in a workplace, you must be directly supervised by a person who has the authority and experience to perform the work for which you are being trained.
WHAT MUST YOU DO?
This Logbook must be completed throughout your training; please ensure it is updated daily.
This Logbook should record approximately 352 hours of relevant work experience that must be carried out within the 14 weeks of the programme duration.
This Workplace Logbook must be signed by you and your supervisor on completion.
This Workplace Logbook will be added to course assessment evidence and included in the assessment of your competence in completing the programme.
